bb.q Global opened its second store in Honduras

bb.q Global opened its second store in Honduras on February 23, 2026. The new store is located in La Ceiba. La Ceiba is a city on the northern Caribbean coast of Honduras. The city has an estimated population of about 230,000 people and has developed around tourism, port activities, and agriculture. It is also known as the fourth-largest city in Honduras.

La Ceiba is particularly known for its port and tourism-based economy, and consumer spending in the area increases significantly during holiday and vacation seasons. The new store is located in a new shopping mall in La Ceiba. It is a CDR-format store with 2,761 sqf of space and 85 seats. Previously, bb.q Global opened its first store in Honduras at Masdeval Plaza in San Pedro Sula (2,900 sqf of space and 120 seats) late last year. The second store was also launched based on a similar CDR business model. In addition, the third and fourth stores in Honduras are scheduled to open consecutively in March and April.

Going forward, bb.q Global plans to accelerate its expansion in Honduras by strategically establishing stores in key economic and tourism areas, including San Pedro Sula (first store), the country's economic hub, and La Ceiba (second store), a major tourism city. Through this expansion, bb.q Global aims to strengthen its presence in Honduras and further solidify its foundation for growth in the South American market.
