bb.q Global Gears Up for South India

bb.q Global has taken a proactive step into South India as part of its exponential global growth strategy. To support this move, bb.q Global has partnered with SrikG International Pvt Ltd (CEO: Nithiya Nambi Srikanth), a company that operates and manages multiple businesses in South India, including medical device distribution and IT & telecommunications, based in Vellore, Tamil Nadu. After careful and in-depth discussions over time, including visits to each other’s headquarters and markets, the two companies signed a Master Franchise (MF) agreement.

The background of this partnership is also noteworthy. While pursuing his MBA at Boston University in the United States, Nithiya Nambi Srikanth frequently visited a nearby bb.q Chicken store and became a fan of the brand. When asked about his favorite menu, he recalled that Honey Garlic left the strongest impression, adding that all menu items were excellent. Inspired by this experience, he contacted bb.q Global directly after returning to India, with the goal of bringing bb.q Chicken to the Indian market.

Key personnel from the SrikG International Pvt Ltd also visited Korea to participate in a two-week Master Franchise Business Program. The program covered bb.q’ Global's business structure, financial planning, supply chain, site analysis, marketing, menu strategy, and processing plant operations, followed by hands-on kitchen training and cooking simulations. Cultural exchanges and local tours further strengthened mutual trust and partnership.


bb.q Global plans to enter the South Indian market starting with major cities such as Chennai and Bengaluru. Leveraging SrikG International Pvt’s diversified business portfolio and strong regional network, bb.q Global aims to expand across five South Indian states, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and Kerala, building a strong presence throughout the region.
