bb.q Chicken officially opened its first drive-thru store in Franklin, New Jersey, on December 12. This location marks the brand’s first drive-thru Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) concept in the United States. Designed specifically for drive-thru QSR operations, the Franklin store offers streamlined menu options featuring chicken in 4, 6, and 8 piece portions, with boneless and wing-sized cuts available.

 

 

The compact menu lineup also includes Chicken Wraps, Tteokbokki, Rose Tteokbokki, and Kimchi Fried Rice, all curated to ensure speed, convenience, and quality for drive-thru customers. In addition, the restaurant is currently running a Combo Upgrade promotion, allowing customers to add one side item, coleslaw, rice, or French fries, along with a beverage for an additional $3. The store also offers an Open Sandwich Club menu, which includes four pieces of fried chicken, two slices of Texas toast, one side item (coleslaw, rice, or French fries), a choice of dipping sauce (Galbi Mayo or Hot Mayo), and a soda.

 

 

The new drive-thru location drew strong customer interest from its opening day, surpassing $5,000 in daily sales within just a few hours of operation. As of the morning of December 18 (KST), less than one week after opening, the restaurant has earned a solid 4.6 out of 5 rating on Google Reviews, reflecting positive customer feedback.
