Genesis BBQ Group Launches New Menu “Bboomchiking” Featuring Four Cheeses

 

 

Genesis BBQ Group launched its new menu item, Bboomchiking, on September 25, filled with the rich flavors of four types of cheese. Within just three days of its release, Bboomchiking surpassed an average of 10,000 weekend orders per day.

 

 

Bboomchiking maintains the crispy texture of the original fried chicken while blending Gouda, Cheddar, Blue, and Parmesan cheeses into a savory seasoning. It is further enriched with yogurt and milk cream powder to create a sweet yet creamy taste. The product name was inspired by the winning entry from the “Collective Devotion Contest” held in August. Genesis BBQ Group also introduced a new side menu, Bboomchiking Corn Rib, which combines the sweetness of corn with cheese seasoning, designed to be enjoyed together with the chicken.

 

 

This product holds special significance as it was developed in response to consistent customer requests for new seasoned chicken varieties and embodies the concept of “chicken created with customer participation.”
