SBS show “Tomorrow’s Taekwondo King”!

 

On September 28, the SBS program Tomorrow’s Taekwondo King showed a scene where the cast enjoyed a meal at a bb.q restaurant in the U.S. The show, created by SBS Sports, is a 12-episode entertainment program based on Taekwondo, one of Korea’s most famous sports.

 

 

About 400 kids from across Korea applied to join the show. After the first screening, around 100 young Taekwondo talents, mostly 10 years old, were selected and competed while showing their skills and growth.In the end, 4 young athletes were chosen as “Global Ambassadors.” They flew to the U.S., visited the White House, and even performed at the NFL Opening Show.

 

 

After finishing their first day in the U.S., the four ambassadors went to a bb.q restaurant near Washington D.C. for dinner. They enjoyed Fried chicken, Secret sauced chicken, Honey garlic chicken, and Tteokbokki.

 

 

This special moment brought together Taekwondo, a proud Korean sport, and bb.q, a well-known Korean chicken brand — showing the world the charm of Korean culture. bb.q Global will keep promoting Korean culture and continue to raise Korea’s profile around the world.
