Opened bb.q FCD(Fast Casual Dining) store in Japan
On June 1st, 2020 bb.q Japan opened a FCD (Fast Casual Dining) concept store with the size of approximately 83 in Ponte Porta Senju Mall, which is located at Senjuohashi subway station in Tokyo.
The Ponte Porta Seunju Mall is located at residential area and school zone, so most customers visit the mall with their children. Taking this into consideration, bb.q Japan made a playroom for children. Due to this playroom, children can stay safely inside and be active, parents, at the same time, can enjoy their meal more comfortably. We, bb.q, are always trying to meet customers’ needs by having a thorough market analysis.
Recently, as an ‘Untact’ phenomenon increases, we brought ‘Kiosk System’ into the store. Through this, it is possible that every customer does not make any face to face contact while they make an order. It makes customers to enjoy safer and faster ordering services. As there is no need of employees who take orders, ‘Kiosk ordering system’ could lower labor costs effectively. As FCD type, because the customers take their own food by themselves, we are expecting a big cost saving effect on labor costs through this system.
In addition, we carried out ‘Brand Identity construction’ instead of the entire construction. ‘Brand Identity construction’ is to minimize the scale of construction by utilizing available structures of the building and applying the design of bb.q in order to keep its brand identity. This type of construction can save a lot of time and expenses.
