BBQ got the first place at chicken industry field in GCSI evaluation program

BBQ got the first place at chicken industry field in 'GCSI(Global Customer Satisfaction Competency Index)' evaluation program.

GCSI developed the evaluation system for the global company to measure customer satisfaction. As this evaluation is measured by country, it makes the customer satisfaction management to get improved. It is introduced in 2005 to support high class customer satisfaction management by providing global industrial competitiveness index by each country.

Placing in a first place among the other chicken companies means BBQ has a big potential and high competitiveness in a global business.
